HOW I USE MY MENSTRUAL BLOOD AND URINE TO COOK FOR MY BOYFRIEND

My name is Rose and i have been dating my boyfriend  for over six years now, i have been faithful to him. He really love $3x so much that he can't do a day with out it. I have been trying all best best to make sure i keep him to my self alone, by giving him $3x the way he want it. We something have sex 4 times a day. Even though i sometimes love the way he FK  me but i always make sure he is happy and well pleased.

One day i told him, i want to go and visit my parent, and i will stay with them for 1 weeks. I beg him not to sleep with any woman until i come back, he agreed and gave me a send of FK, he did it as if  he was doing  me for the last time. It was really fun. When i want to my parent place, i decided to spend some more days , when i return i met my boyfriend riding on another girl and she was really enjoying it. I became very mad at it,i was very angry like never before when i saw them. I was outside until they are through. 

He came out and met me outside, he started begging as so as he saw me, that it is a mistake. I cried and cry. After one week I forgive him because i love him, but i was still angry with him. He asked me to cook rice for him. I was on my period, i removed my pad and suck it inside water and make sure the blood much in the water, i added my urine into the water and i made stew for him, he came back and ate the food without knowing. 

My question is, did i do the  right thing? Or i over reacted? Should i tell him?because i am feeling very worried and confused.
